Building management Systems (BMS) 

• A building management system (BMS), is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s  equipment such as ventilation, lighting and air conditioning.
• A BMS systems is a critical component to managing energy demand.

At the  OK Grocer project  in Uitenhage 75% of the trading lights have been set to be off for 2 hours a day during non- trading hours-This saving  is in addition to the 61% saving already achieved.
